Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover are all accepted. All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase to insure validity of credit card. Credit cards will also be debited for freight when freight charges are known.

Payments are processed in real time when the order is placed. All orders are shipped within 5 business days, however many stocked items are available to be shipped the same day (if orders are placed before 2 pm EST). Most orders will be sent by UPS.
Priority mail usually arrives 5 days after shipping. International orders are usually sent Global Priority mail. International orders must be sent to the address that the credit card bills to.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by UPS based on the weight of the product and your location. A $3.00 shipping and handling fee is automatically added. Shipping charges apply to all products, except those specified.
All items shipped are guaranteed to be undamaged when they leave EPT or the manufacturer. When accepting delivery of your goods, please inspect before signing off with trucking company.
Return Policy:
Products purchased at Express Pro tools may be returned if:
- Product is unopened and in re-sellable condition
- Return is received within 14 days of purchase
- Return has return authorization code on label- call/email before returning for authorization
- A check will be mailed for all returns minus shipping charges
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Special ordered items are non-returnable
